Warehouse Executive

Principal Accountabilities

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support at the CPD warehouse delivery counter, ensuring on-time parts delivery and returns.
• Provide guidance and coaching, allocate manpower based on department needs, assign tasks, and lead by example.
• Implement and improve SOPs, apply new ideas, and incorporate feedback with a KAIZEN mindset.
• Handle customer complaints with a focus on achieving CSI targets while fully monitoring the customer journey process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet their requirements and deliver warehouse services on time.
• Ensure staff punctuality and maintain 5S standards in all operations.
• Assign daily tasks and supervise subordinates using appropriate techniques and procedures to ensure timely completion.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Team-oriented mindset
• Detail-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide subordinates professionally
