The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a safe working environment, and contributes to continuous improvement in HSE performance across all operations or project sites.Qualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.2–5 years of relevant experience in HSE operations (preferably in Roads & Infrastructure projects with ASHGHAL).Certification such as NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA 30-Hour, or equivalent (mandatory or preferred).Good knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and emergency procedures.Strong observational, communication, and reporting skills.
