Responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring operational efficiency for Warehouse Equipment. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
Principal Accountabilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and prioritize product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Establish criteria for milestones and track progress against product development objectives.
- Specification & Order Management:
- Select appropriate equipment specifications based on racking systems and operational requirements.
- Create and manage orders on manufacturer portals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Sales Coordination:
- Handle direct sales and project transactions for warehouse equipment and related systems worth a minimum of 7 Mn (subject to change based on market conditions & management guidelines).
- Attend client and consultant meetings to provide technical and strategic input.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to manufacturers.
- Document product specifications, features, and work orders for internal and external communication.
- Market Analysis & Business Development:
- Review sales performance, customer concerns, and emerging opportunities to drive business strategy.
- Liaise with clients to understand business needs and market landscape.
- Boost customer base penetration through creative promotional approaches.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain positive vendor relationships to ensure strong partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to launch products on time and within budget.
- Financial & Operational Oversight:
- Assess costs and production capabilities to evaluate economic viability.
- Direct planning and budgeting efforts for product-related initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
- Qatar Driving License is required
- Local market experience
- Experience in product management or related roles within Material Handling Equipment or Warehouse Equipment
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
