Solution Design & Delivery Lead
The Solution Design & Delivery Lead is responsible for maximizing the business value of IT investments across corporate applications such as Pre-Sales. This role acts as a strategic partner to business units, translating business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions. The Lead ensures successful solution design, delivery, and adoption, working collaboratively to drive process improvements, enhance user experience, and realize measurable business outcomes. This position is accountable for end-to-end solution lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of their assigned portfolio of applications to contribute to business success.
Principal Accountabilities
Business Engagement and Value Realization
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased business value.
- Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring IT initiatives are aligned with strategic business goals.
Solution Design & Architecture
- Lead the design of technical solutions that address current and future business needs, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Convert business objectives into actionable technical requirements and solution designs.
Delivery Management & Adoption
- Manage the delivery of IT projects and enhancements, ensuring solutions are implemented on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop and execute adoption strategies, including training, communication, and support to ensure successful solution uptake.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously research and assess new technologies, recommending innovative solutions to business challenges.
- Track solution performance against KPIs and drive ongoing optimization to maximize business impact.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee external partners and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
- Maintain adherence to corporate policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements within solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master's in IT, Business, or related field. SAP, Salesforce, PMP, TOGAF, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience with the implementation of Salesforce in the business domain is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Expertise in project & program management (agile and waterfall) and organizational change management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to evaluate and implement emerging technologies for business value.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry trend awareness.
